CVT Pressure Test Adapter Set
A must have for any shop rebuilding CVT units!
Made in the USA by Superior Transmission Parts
Fits various CVT models with 10mm, 14mm and 22mm test port size, with o-ringed fittings.
These fittings have a standard 1/8''-27 NPT thread for a pressure gauge fitting.
CVT's run much higher pressures than other "geared" transmissions, and typically will be in the 500-800 PSI range, so you will need at least a 1,000 PSI gauge. We recommend you purchase 2 digital gauges: 1000 PSI and 1500-2000 PSI.
You must use high pressure metal reinforced hoses to attach your gauge to the transmission! Gauge hoses must be rated for extreme high pressures!!
