How can I contact customer support?

We provide customer support through phone at (740) 420-0004 and email sales@globaltransmissionparts.com.  You can also fill out the contact form on our Contact Us page and we will follow up with you at your preferred method.    

What are your customer support hours?

Our customer support hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.  Feel free to leave us a voicemail or send us an email outside of those hours and we'll follow up with you when we return. 

How long does it take to receive a response to my inquiry?

Typcially, we will get back to your inquiry within an hour if received during our standard support hours.  If you leave us a message outside of our standard hours we will follow up with you when we return.

Do you offer support via phone or email?

Yes.  We offer both email and phone support.  So feel free to reach out to us via your preferred communication method.

Can I get technical support for my transmission?

We can offer limited tech support for transmission issues.  If you have a question about a performance part or shift kit we can connect you with the manufacture to help answer any indepth questions you might have.  

What is your privacy policy?

Do you have a physical store or location?

Yes.  We have a physical warehouse located in Circleville, OH.  Hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.

Where can I leave a review or feedback about your store?

After checking out Google will ask if you'd like to review your order experience.  You can also leave specific product reviews directly to the product page on our website.

Do you offer support in languages other than English?

Currently, we only offer support in English.  Support via email we can use translation services.

How do I report a website issue?

Please email us at sales@globaltransmissionparts.com to report and issues or glitches with our website.  It is greatly appreciated by all to improve our customers' experience.

Can I request a product catalog?

With the rapid advancements in transmissions and new parts coming our every month, we no longer print a physical product catalog and list our entire inventory online.  If you have trouble finding a part, please contact us and we will do our best to help locate what you need.

Do you have a social media presence?

Yes.  We are active on all the major social media channels.
