This is a ready-to-install remanufactured 700R4 transmission 2WD extension housing with 3-mount holes. It comes with a new bushing, seal and o-ring already installed, so all you have to do is hook it up to your transmission. These housings are typcially found in Camaro and Firebird model vehicles with 700R4’s.
