For 6F35 (GEN1) use Sonnax axle bushing 144030-09A
In Ford 6F35 (Gen. 2 and 3) transmissions, premature wear of the axle bushing is common, and accelerated when the differential support wears down. When installing Sonnax axle bushing 144030-09B, be sure to inspect the differential support for wear. Sonnax case saver kit 144281-01K is available to correct endplay and prevent premature bushing wear.

CAUSE
OE bushing material composition allows premature wear. Additionally, wear at the differential support allows excess endplay that results in premature bushing wear.
CORRECTION
Restore critical clearances and resist untimely wear by installing Sonnax axle bushing.
