Last thing dont even build one of the 4Ljunk oh matic trans with out a fairbanks full kit. you went that deep do it right. or just get junkyard trans and add pressure riser befor even filling it

NEED to say this if your trans is just burnt junk. then no, but if you dont know the differance , well, get a new job , and a trans. BUT HEY ADD IT ON YOUR NEW ONE PLEASE.

Ok not trying to write a book. But deffenitly could . #1 larry schaffer the inventor and Fairbanks shift kits alone , Words can fill a book. simple and dummy version, you got old trans giving you chatter blues , add it. its short cut to rebuluilding now. Built a new one add it, it will love the added pressure. Yes if trans is hurt it will make that go away till you have moeny or time , or heck till you junk it for other reasons. I am a 50 + year vet in this war of keep em on the road , as a master recertified tech in the trenches longer than most reading have been alive. just buy it use it. Oh get the hd version ,be done. if new trans and they complane of hard shift or other, let em know that old feel is what made it fail. On old chatter box. expect getting christmas cards and thank you for saving and prolonging death...
