The unique patented design of the Sonnax shaft 96855-02K provides larger channels for greater oil flow to the TCC release circuit. The larger channels also reduce the chance of blockage caused by lodged debris common to the OE shaft. Additionally, the seal groove design improves the sealing characteristics of the OE seals and reduce the chance of the groove lands contacting and galling the mating bores.
